Feeling low, anxious, overwhelmed and unsure how to move forward? You are not alone.
Our trained volunteer counsellors are here to help you through difficulties in your life including anxiety, stress, depression, bereavement, abuse, trauma and relationship difficulties. We are a BACP accredited service and our trainee counsellors are working towards their own accreditation and are qualified to practice. We offer integrative counselling, incorporating psychodynamic and person-centred counselling approaches. Counselling is an opportunity to talk in confidence to a trained listener who will listen without judgement and help you to gain a deeper understanding of your behaviours, thoughts and feelings. By doing this a lot of people find they begin to make sense of things and to feel better.
We offer 20 weekly counselling sessions, these last 50 minutes and can be held at times during the week that suit you. Counselling is delivered face to face at our counselling rooms in West Norwood. We do have a limited number of spaces for Zoom or telephone counselling for those unable to work face to face but there can be a long wait for these. We are able to offer counselling to those aged over 18 who live in Lambeth or our surrounding boroughs.
We offer low cost options, and fees are assessed based on your income. Download our Fee Structure & Info Sheet
If you are interested in having counselling with us please complete the Self Referral Form and email to: firstname.lastname@example.org, you do not need a referral from your doctor.
