Advice Service Contact

For us to assess if we can help you, please first complete this form (please only use this form for advice. See https://centre70.org.uk/counselling/ for who to access Counselling and Wellbeing Services).

There are situations where we cannot or do not advise, please check our Advice page for details.

  • We offer pre booked face to face and telephone or video call appointments throughout the week and out of hours appointments.

  • For emergency advice, see our Useful contacts page.

  • We have an open door drop-in on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 10am - 1pm  (last entry 12.45) at our office at 46 Knights Hill, West Norwood, SE27 0JD.
    These sessions are for those who cannot complete the assessment form or for existing clients to drop off or pick up documents and to book appointments. Please note reception staff are not advisers.

  • Outreach advice (for Benefits & Debt advice and form filling) are provided on:

    • Tuesday from 12 -2pm at Immanuel and St Andrew's Church, Streatham, 452 Streatham High Rd, London SW16 3PY
    • Wednesdays from 11am - 1pm at Brixton Hill Methodist Church, Elm Park Road, SW2 2TX
    • Thursdays from 11am - 2pm at Emmanuel Community Centre, 96 Clive Road, SE21 8BU

Counselling Service Contact

We offer counselling sessions for over 18s who live in Lambeth and surrounding boroughs.

Wellbeing services and groups

All the Wellbeing group sessions are free for local people, but you must book beforehand.

Centre 70 offers disabled access including an induction loop.
