Feeling low, anxious, overwhelmed and unsure how to move forward?  You are not alone.

Our trained counsellors could help you through difficulties in your life including anxiety and stress, depression, bereavement, abuse and trauma, emotional and relationship difficulties, and more.  We are a BACP accredited service and our trainee counsellors are working towards their own accreditation and are qualified to practice.  We offer integrative counselling incorporating psychodynamic and person centre counselling approaches.

  • Gain deeper understanding of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours
  • Talk to some in private about difficult thoughts, experiences and feelings without judgement

We offer 50 minute sessions held at times that suit you for up to one year.  We offer low cost options, and fees are assessed based on household income.  Download our Fee Structure & Info Sheet.

To make an appointment you do not need a referral from your doctor, you can contact us directly.

Complete the Self Referral Form and send it as an attachment to counselling@centre70.org.uk Once we receive the form we will get in touch with you.

The office is open on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9.30am - 4pm.  Outside these hours there is an answering machine, if you leave your name and contact details someone will call you back as soon as possible.  


Please note we do not offer a drop in service, so please do not come into Centre 70 without an appointment.
