Wellbeing helps you to feel good, and to cope even when life is tough. Centre 70 offers different groups and support to help with your emotional, social and physical wellbeing. All the groups are free for local people, but you must book beforehand.
Have a look at what we have on offer, or contact us to find out more and see what might be right for you.
Befriending Service
You can sign up to befriending if you'd like to make connections and have some company. A befriender isn't a counsellor, but they'll meet with you on a regular basis to talk about things that interest you, and you can get to know each other over time.
We're also looking for befriending volunteers, to find out more or to apply email us wellbeing@centre70.org.uk
Peer Support groups
In peer support groups you meet regularly to share your experiences and to give and receive support.
All our peer support groups are led by trained facilitators, and are a chance to meet with others who may share similar interests, identities, or experiences with you. Scroll to the bottom of this page to find out more!
Wellbeing Workshops
These activities and workshops are a chance to try out something totally different for your wellbeing, they are one-off sessions or short courses.
