What is a Bereavement Help Point?
A Bereavement Help Point is a place you can go following a bereavement, to speak to others who are facing loss and share experiences.
What happens at a Help Point?
Each week our volunteers will welcome you to come and talk, get to know others, and chat about how you are feeling.
This is not a therapy group, but a space where you can talk about grief and loss with other people who have had similar experiences.
You might want to talk about your loved one who has died, or you might not, either way you are welcome to join.
How do I join?
You can just come along and meet us, no forms or referral needed.
