The monthly Menopause Support Group runs on the second Monday of the month, and is brought to you by Sister2SisterBU in collaboration with Centre 70 Wellbeing.
This is a free group for women from all cultures, who are living through any stage of the menopause. Each month the group get together to share experiences, offer and receive support, and hear from specialist guest speakers.
The Group is facilitated by Marcia Jones of Sister2SisterBU. Marcia is a community connector, women’s health advocate and group leader with over 20 years of experience. She is on a mission to keep the conversation going around Menopause and to keep women's health and wellbeing high on our agendas.

Lillian empowers high achieving Midlife Women (age 35-70) to be healthy, fit and strong, eliminate chronic stress, and burnout, so that they can show up alert, calm and energised for their family, community, and work.
Lillian’s work and passion is hugely influenced from her love for the human body and personal development, as well as her own personal health challenges and stress-related burnouts.
With over 20 years’ experience in the health, fitness and wellbeing industry, Lillian provides one2one health, and fitness coaching, group fitness classes, facilitates wellness workshops and speaks at events. Her expertise focuses on the areas of:
· Prioritising health, wellbeing and self-care in a busy world.
· Getting in shape to be healthy, fit and strong in the midlife years.
· Managing energy, exercise and nutrition.
· Eliminating chronic stress, burnout, overworking and living at full capacity.

My name is Natalie, and the founder of a Woman's Choice. I was diagnosed with Premature Ovarian Insufficiency at the age 33.
I am a menopause advocate, and I advocate for inclusivity. I have created platform and safe space where I share information, experiences and support those who are transitioning through the different stages of Menopause. It’s important that people never have to feel alone, abandoned, scared or ashamed.
