Our free Stretch and Connect Group welcome to all is a chair-based excercise movement class that improves flexibility, strength and balance.  It can also reduce anxiety, stress, insomnia and aches and pains.  Come along and try this mindfulness practice that willl give you tools to help unwind and de-stress by breathing and self-massage.
